CORN HOLE TOURNAMENT FUNDRAISER, JUNE 14

WOOLWICH TWP. – A Corn Hole Tournament will be held on Saturday, June 14 at the Clayton Elks Lodge at 398 S. Broad Street in Clayton.corn hole web

The corn hole event will be held rain-or-shine. Check-in and final registration begins at 10:30 a.m. and the tournament starts at noon. The cost is $70 per team, which includes food, beverages, and music.

There will be prizes for the top two teams. Court sponsorship opportunities are available. All contributions will be tax-deductible. If you would like more information, contact Jason at Jason.nothdurft@gmail.com.

This tournament will benefit Bill Rode, a Woolwich Township resident that was diagnosed with late-stage renal failure in 2011, and received a new kidney in January 2014. Rode received a kidney but now has to take very expensive anti-rejection medication for the rest of his life.

Jason Nothdurft, the kidney donor, is a member of the Clayton Elks Lodge and has joined forces with other lodge members to organize the corn hole tournament to help raise money to help with the medical expenses.

Friends, family, and supporters of Bill are encouraged to play in the tournament.
