BORZIO — Josephine M. Borzio, age 95 of Marlton and formerly of the Swedesboro-Woolwich Township area passed away Dec. 20, 2015.

She was born in Gibbstown and was a graduate of Paulsboro High School Class of 1938. Josephine was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish, attending St. Joseph’s Church in Swedesboro. She was the wife of the late Frank Borzio (1981), a homemaker, a farmer’s wife who worked on the family farm.

She is survived by her three sons, Frank (Lynn), Raymond, John (Nancy A.) and her daughter-in-law, Nancy L. Borzio; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her sons Angelo and Joseph. Funeral services were held at The Cheega Funeral Home, Swedesboro. BUCHENHORST — William H. Buchenhorst age 84 years of Mickleton, passed away on Wednesday Dec. 23, 2015 in Cooper Hospital, Camden.

Bill was born in Allentown, PA and graduated from Muhlenberg College. He worked for 30 years as a Personnel Specialist with the General Services Administration in Philadelphia. Bill enjoyed working in his garden and taking care of his property in Mickleton. He was an avid square dancer for many years and belonged to several clubs including the Busy Bee’s.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Buchenhorst (nee Eckardt) of Mickleton; his daughters, Eleanor Buchenhorst of Malaga, Jean Buchenhorst and her husband Patrick Bost of Philadelphia, Louise and Mark Davis of Scotts Valley, California, Emily Buchenhorst of Gibbstown; also survived by his beloved granddaughter Agnes Rose Buchenhorst; he was a new step grandfather to Mars and Cassia Davis and was also survived by his sister, Maryann and Jack Dougherty of Bethlehem, PA.

STEWART — Robert J. Stewart, age 70 of Auburn, died on Dec. 24, 2015. Bob served in the US Navy from 1962-1964, during the Vietnam War. He was an electrician for many years. Bob was a member of the Re-Treads Motorcycle Club, Deptford Elks #2708, Salem County Sportsman Club and the NRA. He enjoyed outdoor activities and going to the mountains with his dear friend Don Reola.

He was predeceased by his companion Isabella “Missy” Campbell. Survived by his children Michael Stewart, Jennifer (Bill) MacMillan, Missy’s children Sally Cannon (Richard Dunlop), Alexandra “Sandy” (Ronald) Hanstein and four grandchildren.

CAPRI — Rosario (Russell) (Sarge) Capri, age 93 of Swedesboro, passed away Dec. 25 with his family at his side. Born in Philadelphia, Sarge was a life resident of Swedesboro, was an army veteran of WWII and retired from Mobile Oil in 1986 after 33 years of service. He was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish, a strong family man, sports enthusiast, hard worker always striving to provide the best for his family.

Sarge is survived by his wife of 57 yrs., Lucy (Nee Nicolosi) Capri, his children, Luanne Capri-Thomas, Gina (Edward) Murdock and Russell (Kim) Capri. Grandfather of Jarrod and Paige Murdock and Alistair Capri. Uncle to Fred Leone, Russell Leone, Eleanor Silvestri and the late Josephine Leone. He was predeceased by his siblings, Salvatore Capri, Frank Capri and Alfina Leone. Services were held at the Cheega Funeral Home, Swedesboro. BROOKS — William S. Brooks, 58 of Mantua. Bill, who passed away on Dec. 29, is survived by his wife Annamarie (Boardman), children Colleen, Christopher and Connor, his sister, Margaret Mulhall. Funeral services were held at the Cheega Funeral Home, Swedesboro. Interment Lake Park Cemetery, Woolwich Township. VALESKY — Mary I. Valesky (nee Susnick) age 90 years of Bridgeport, died Dec. 29, 2015 in her home. Mrs. Valesky was born and raised in Center Square and lived in Bridgeport since 1954. She worked as a seamstress for Links Sewing Factory in Penns Grove. Mrs. Valesky was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish, St. Michael’s Church, Gibbstown; the Logan Township Senior Citizens Club, Ladies Auxiliary of Anthony T. Calista Post #5579, Gibbstown and the Penns Grove Moose Lodge. She enjoyed reading, sewing, needlework and cross stitch.

She is survived by her daughter, Audrey and Robert Moore of West Deptford; her grandchildren, Victoria and Randy Stewart, Robert A.J. and Vanessa Moore; her great grandchildren, Julia, Noah, Aiden and Isabella and her brother, John Susnick of Mantua. SCHOENER —  Frank Schoener, Jr., 83. But you probably knew him as Buddy. From the days of his youth he was a standout. He made All State during his football years. When he returned home from the Navy he received immediate acceptance into the State Police. Frank was from the old school. He was primarily a homicide detective (True Detective did a story about one of his investigations), but also dabbled in undercover work. Prosecutors loved him as an expert witness. Frank’s later years found him using his talents as a private investigator. Of course life wasn’t all work; you’d find him out with his friends chasing par and he’d toss back a few with his friends at the American Legion in Williamstown.

He is survived by his wife, Diane; his children, Steven and Ann Margaret (Chris) Kleinhans; and his step son, William Jeffers; Frank was pre-deceased by his brother, Jack and his sisters, Marguerite Dupper and Caroline.

Services were held at Daley Life Celebration Studio, Swedesboro.

HALSCHEID — Linda D. Halscheid, 72, of South Harrison Township, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, at home.

Beloved wife of the late Edward O. Halscheid. Loving mother of Darlene Searle (Gary) of Mullica Hill, Kellyanne Metheny (Robert) of South Harrison, and stepchildren, Edward Halscheid (Joanne) of South Harrison, Debby Parker (Scott) of Bel Air, MD and Kristie Halscheid of South Harrison. Devoted grandmother of nine, great grandmother of seven. Linda was the dear daughter of Henrietta (Weinhardt) Standish and was predeceased by her father, Myles Robert Standish, Sr., and brother Myles Robert Standish, Jr.

KINCHELOE — Elizabeth Kincheloe (nee Ott) age 91 years, of Clarksboro, died Monday Jan. 4, 2016 in her home surrounded by her family. She was born and raised in Paulsboro and lived in Gibbstown for over 50 years. Mrs. Kincheloe was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish and enjoyed traveling and trips to the shore.

She is survived by her children, Margaret Snow and her partner, James Diehl of West Deptford, Joan Kincheloe of Clarksboro, Nancy and Gerald Bereznay of Houston, Texas; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

DELLINGER — James E. “Jim” Dellinger, Jr., 52, of South Harrison Township, passed away suddenly on Jan. 6, 2016.

Beloved husband of Donna M. (nee Merighi) for 27 years. Devoted father of Jamie M. Dellinger of Philadelphia, PA and Matthew R. Dellinger of South Harrison Township. Loving son of Kathy J. (Creed) and the late James E. Dellinger, Sr. Jim is also survived by his sister, Karen Gould and step-mother Donna R. Dellinger, both of Elkton, MD.

Jim was the former Kingsway Youth Wrestling President, former President of the South Harrison Township Little League, and was employed with IBEW Local 351 as a Journeyman for 18 years. FINNEGAN — Phyllis P. Finnegan, age 74, of South Harrison Township, formerly of West Deptford, passed away suddenly on Jan. 8, 2016. Phyllis was predeceased by her parents, Paul F. and Philomena Geiger (Moscatelli). She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Michael P. Finnegan: son, Michael Finnegan (Barbara), Daughters, Terri Bowen (Rob), and Susan Straub (Craig), seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, brothers Paul Geiger (Rita), and Richard Geiger (Peg), and loving dog Delilah. WOOD —  Betty Wood, 54. Betty had an adventurous spirit. She reached the age of 54 but still had the spirit of a 16 year old. Her heart was giving and she shared her home with friends in need. But if anyone was on their way to Atlantic City, Betty went along. She enjoyed the slots. Trips to North Carolina visiting relatives always included fishing and clamming.

Betty is survived by a son, Robert Baker, sisters; Helen Ozturk and Frances Straughn; brothers, Charles and Theodore Lord, and three grandchildren. Arrangements Daley Life Celebration Studio.

AVERY — Karen Elizabeth Avery, of Mt. Royal, NJ, age 66, went home to be with the Lord on Jan. 9, 2016.

ROBOSTELLO — Regina E. Robostello (nee (Lipsett), 87, of Clarksboro, formerly of Paulsboro, passed away Jan. 9, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. She is the wife of the late Edward Robostello, beloved mother of Jack (Angeline), Bob (Cyndi) Robostello, Kathy (Steve) Hunckler, loving grandmother of Cristie, Michael, Kim, Matt, Jaime, 10 great grandchildren, sister of Bill (Anna Mae) Lipsett, Clarita (Joe) Salvatore, also survived by many nieces, nephews and caretaker Mary. Predeceased by her parents Russell and Regina (nee McDermott) Lipsett and brother Russell Lipsett (Dolores).

Regina was a 1946 graduate of Paulsboro High School where she excelled in field hockey, former member of the Paulsboro Senior Citizens, and active parishioner of St. John’s Church. She enjoyed following the activities of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

WATT — Robert F. Watt, Jr. (Bobby), age 59 of 6 Hastings Drive, Mullica Hill, died at his home peacefully on Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016 following a long term illness. Bob was born Aug. 13, 1956 in Norristown, PA and raised in Pennsville, NJ. He graduated from Pennsville High School in 1975 and then attended Cumberland County College while he worked with his father in the family business, Bond Linen Stores. Hunter Douglas whom Bobby worked for over 20 years has been a gracious supporter of Bobby through the years, especially during his illness. Fun loving and hard working his whole life, Bobby brought humor and happiness to everyone. He was passionate about card playing, sports, coaching, dancing and singing always had a great joke to share!

Bob is survived by his wife of 24 years, Kelly Cimino Watt, son, Robert Francis III and daughter, Noel Alessi, predeceased by his father, Robert Watt, Sr. and survived by his mother, Anne Watt, uncle, Joe Watt, sister Beth Watt-Ackley (Tim), brothers Jay (Debra) and Larry (Lisa) Watt,  seven sister-in-laws and six brother-in-laws, 20 nieces and nephews and one great-niece.

LEMKE — David A. Lemke, age 63 of Swedesboro, passed away at home. Born in Woodbury, he resided in Swedesboro for the past 18 years, coming from Pedricktown. Dave was a Penns Grove High School graduate, Class of 1970. He retired as a welder in July of 2015 after 45 years of service for Caddy Corp., Logan Township. He was an avid hunter, golfer and enjoyed watching the horseraces.

He is survived by his son, David (Kathy) Lemke, his grandchildren, David and Lydia and his brothers, Gerry J., Bill, Ken and Doug Lemke. Arrangements were handled by the Cheega Funeral Home, Swedesboro.
