WOODSTOWN — Just in time for Mother’s Day, the Woman’s Club of Woodstown will hold its eighth annual basket party fundraiser at the Woodstown Presbyterian Church on Auburn Road in Woodstown on Saturday, May 12 from 11 a.m. with the drawings starting at 1 p.m.
A wide variety of themed baskets and gift certificates donated by club members and area merchants, restaurants and service providers will be available for bidding.
Admission at the door is $ 5 which guarantees 10 basket tickets. Additional tickets may also be purchased. A light lunch, snacks and drinks will be available for purchase at the site.
Proceeds from the sale will benefit the Woman’s Club scholarship program and the organization’s many service projects, conducted throughout the year.
