Dana ZarinWOOLWICH TWP. MAYOR ALAN SCHWAGER presents a check for $1,000 that he won as part of an American Water raffle at the New Jersey Conference of Mayors in Atlantic City. Schwager is donating this money to the organization of this choice, which is the Swedesboro/Woolwich Parent Teacher Organization.
