MICKLETON — Exciting news for women in their 20’s, 30’s, 40’s and 50+. A renewal series called JOY (Journey of Youth) has been setting up shop at the historic Little Red School House, located at 12 Harmony Road, Mickleton.
JOY is the inspiration of yoga/fitness instructor Nancy Finkle of Nancy’s Exercise Classes, LLC and Crystal Pizarro, owner of Advanced Wellness Solutions, LLC. With two JOY events under their belt, they are looking forward to hosting these luxurious evening events Feb. 24 and March 24, with a daytime series starting in March, showcasing local businesses at each event as vendors.”
Big points of distinction between theirs and other yoga/wellness programs is that they have created a sanctuary for women to have fun learning and discussing topics on nutrition, relationships, benefits of yoga and breath work, life balance, and the ‘art of giving back to the community and themselves’”. With tasty refreshments, great company, lots of laughs, and delicious wine tastings, we really add the “fun” to mind-body connection,” says Finkle and Pizarro.
In a serene and inviting atmosphere, a fresh and exciting monthly JOY series allows women a place to meet new friends, stretch their body, expand their mind, and feel true vitality and joy. They are committed to pursuing the true essence of wellness and celebrating all women as they are. Their passion for community comes by way of community projects held monthly in honor of spreading the JOY.
