Some of the points that will be addressed during the class include: how to minimize the effects of dangerous blind spots; the safest ways to change lanes and make turns at busy intersections; proper use of safety belts, air bags, anti-lock brakes, and new technology found in cars; the effects of medications on driving.

There are no written or driving tests to pass. Upon completion of the course, attendees will receive a certificate that may be submitted to auto insurance companies for a premium discount. This class also qualifies to help drivers reduce violation points against their New Jersey driver’s license. Participants should bring their driver’s license to class.
