Orecchiette with Broccoli & Garlic Oil Sauce

5 tbsp Cento Imported Olive Oil
1 tbsp Bellino Minced Garlic
2 lbs broccoli, broken into small florets
1 lb Anna Orecchiette
Salt, to taste
1 tsp Cento Crushed Red Pepper
Cook pasta according to instructions on package. Place small florets
of broccoli in medium pot. Fill with water so broccoli is completely
covered; boil until broccoli is tender. In medium frying pan, heat oil.
Add garlic and sauté over medium heat until slightly brown. Season
with salt and crushed red pepper; mix to combine and set aside. In
large colander, drain both pasta and broccoli together. Transfer
broccoli and pasta to a large bowl, and pour garlic-oil mixture over
pasta and broccoli. Mix thoroughly, coating pasta and broccoli evenly.
Top with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
