WOODBURY — Brian D. McFarland, of Swedesboro, was arrested on Oct. 17 by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s office as a wanted fugitive by the State of Arizona.
McFarland, 43, was taken into custody at his Swedesboro residence without incident. McFarland waived an extradition hearing and agreed to return to Arizona.
According to the Arizona Department of Insurance, McFarland is facing multiple counts of fraud and theft in Arizona, alleging more than $450,000 taken from more than 90 insurance customers.
