“Declutter Your Life: Time, Mind & Emotional Management” — Sharon White, MSW, LCSW, will show you how to lead a clutter-free life by improving your time management skills, changing unhelpful thought patterns and learning how to effectively communicate your feelings. In this training you will learn to identify the habits and unhelpful thinking patterns that cycle into procrastination, ineffective use of time and poor communication, resulting in stress and anxiety. “Beyond Emotions – Financial Strategies for Divorcees” — Monique Castillo, Financial Advisor, will give you the tools you need to stay focused on protecting your financial interests when dealing with the emotional turmoil of a divorce. This workshop will provide guidance for protecting interests in pre-, during and post-divorce stages. You will learn how to understand your new financial situation, the important considerations you may need to address and what next steps are necessary to take control of your financial life. An actionable checklist will be provided to help you stay on task and secure the best possible outcome. This workshop will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 15 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
“Understanding Your Credit Score” — Join Tammy Fertel of South Jersey Federal Credit Union to learn all about your credit score and what steps you can take to improve it. “How to Figure Out Your Meaning and Purpose After a Life Transition” — Sharon Roth-Lichtenfeld, Certified Professional Life Coach, understands that life is full of transitions and some transitions can result in emotional pain.
