Sculptureworks Exhibit – Stop by the library and enjoy our summer exhibit of twenty-four bronze sculptures from artists across the country.

Free Public Vegetable Garden – Stop by our back patio and pick organic vegetables from our container gardens. Fresh herbs too! Free and open to all.

Patio Concert– Thursday, Aug. 17, 7 p.m. Harpist and acoustic guitarist Richmond Carlton will perform a concert on the patio.

Beginner Sewing Class –Tuesdays, 1-3 p.m Aug. 8 & 22. Please bring your working sewing machine and instruction booklet if you have one, or use the library’s machines. This group will be meeting the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of each month. Please register. Instructors: Chiane Hall and Karen Shelton-Hill.

End of Summer Reading Party 9-Hole Mini-Golf – Friday, Aug. 4 anytime between 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Make your own sundae between 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m. All ages.

Solar Eclipse Viewing – Monday, Aug. 21, 1:15–3 p.m. All ages. We will have special viewing glasses for the eclipse. Popsicles and water will be served; sidewalk chalk, bubbles and craft will be provided.
