Wellshire is NY Times’ Most Read Stories of 2017

WOOLWICH TWP. — In addition to Wellshire being rated the #1 Hot Dog on the market by The New York Times, the newspaper’s article featuring the blind-taste test was The Time’s most read food story in 2017.

As was reported earlier in the year, The Times taste-tested several all-beef hot dog brands to inform readers on what it believes are the best and worst for summer barbecues. Wellshire All Natural Premium Beef Franks ranked first on the list for several reasons, including what The Times called “a true and familiar hot dog profile.”

“We are proud to be named top dog in the top read food story of the year,” said Wellshire Founder and President, Louis B. Colameco III.

“As I said back in June, Wellshire has never compromised on the ingredients we use, and we’ve always been committed to our promise to give customers an all-natural product they will feel good about giving their family.”

Wellshire is a family owned company based out of Woolwich Township.
