STATE SCHOOL AID CHANGES FOR LOCAL SCHOOLS

TRENTON – According to the New Jersey Department of Education, Office of School Finance Fiscal Year 2020 State School Aid Budget, of this coverage area’s five public schools, only one, Logan Township Elementary, will see a decrease in aid.

East Greenwich Elementary Schools will see the largest increase in aid with a 10.11 percent increase from last year. Kingsway Regional will see a 9.82 percent increase. The Swedesboro-Woolwich School District will see an increase of 6.84 percent. South Harrison Elementary School will see an increase of 1.45 percent.

Logan Township Elementary Schools will see a decrease in their budget aid of 9.48 percent from last year.

Nearby Harrison Township Elementary Schools will see a decrease of 1.27 percent and Clearview Regional will see a decrease of 2.12 percent in aid.
