May 29: Incident to a motor vehicle stop on Center Square Rd., patrols arrested and charged a 19-year-old female passenger for providing false information regarding her identity. She was processed and released on a summons. The driver, a 58-year-old Woodstown resident received several summons including altering his license plate. The vehicle was subsequently towed.

June 1: While on patrol, officers observed a vehicle driving erratically on Rt. 322, and conducted a motor vehicle stop. The 43-year-old driver from Coatesville, PA, Quincy Copps, was taken into

custody for suspicion of DUI. During processing, Copps became aggressive and began to attempt

to physically assault officers. Copps was charged with multiple criminal charges, including Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer and Resisting Arrest. He was medically cleared and lodged in the Salem County Jail.

June 3: Officers were dispatched to the Wawa on Center Square Rd. for a stolen tractor and trailer.

Through thorough investigation, it was learned that the suspect was a female friend of the driver. The driver, a 24-year-old male from Central Islip, NY, was charged with Filing a False Police Report, and the female received multiple charges from East Greenwich Twp. Police where the vehicle was located.

June 4: Officers were dispatched to a construction site within the Pureland Industrial Park for a theft of equipment. Suspects stole a walk behind concrete trowel valued at $2460. The item was entered into NCIC.

June 4: A black male in his 20s was suspected of stealing $12 in gas from the Gastrol on Center Square Road. The driver departed the area. However, police are investigating suspected leads.

June 7: A contractor arrived at vacant home in the High Hill Farms development and discovered that someone entered the residence and attempted to start a fire from within. Suspects also stole a paint sprayer valued at $549. The fire investigation was turned over to the Fire Marshall.

June 7: A vehicle was stolen from a High Hill Farms resident sometime overnight. After being entered NCIC, the vehicle was returned several days later.

June 16: Officers were dispatched to Amazon on Rt 322 for an intoxicated person. Officers located the female, a 36-year-old Newark, DE, resident inside her vehicle. Upon further investigation, several packets containing suspected heroin were located. The female was charged and released to a family member.

June 19: Officers responded to a Repaupo residence for a burglary report. After the homeowner arrived home, he noticed someone entered his residence. After clearing the residence for suspects, it was learned that jewelry boxes and jewelry were stolen, with the value of the items being over $7,000.

June 19: An applicant at Taylor Farms reported that he had his wallet stolen during the application process by another applicant. The wallet and its contents were valued at approximately $500.

June 22: Officers responded to Uptown Bakeries for an unwanted person. Suspected of being under the influence, the 32-year-old Philadelphia man was breaking items within the business. He was subsequently charged with Criminal Mischief and transported to the hospital for treatment.

June 21: Caddy Corp. had its front window shattered overnight. Suspects entered the business, stealing tools and copper pipe, estimated at over $6,000.

June 23: While on patrol, officers observed a vehicle traveling South in the Northbound lanes of I295. The 45-year-old female from Waterford Works was arrested for suspicion of DUI. After processing, she was released to a friend.

June 26: Officers responded to the elementary school for a Criminal Mischief report. Officers observed portable bathroom stalls to be knocked over. Juvenile suspects were identified and the matter was handled accordingly.

June 29: Officers responded to a report of a large fight at the Bridgeport Fire Hall. After investigating the incident, Officers arrested a 51-year-old male from Hammonton for Possession of a Weapon and THC Vaping Cartridges. The suspect was released on a summons with a pending court date.

June 30: Officers responded to an unwanted person at Uptown Bakeries. The terminated employee

refused to leave the business. After police arrived, the 36-year-old male from Philadelphia was arrested for Trespassing. He was handed a summons and released.
