RYAN DUFFY of Swedesboro won the Boys 9-10 Division of the 2019 National Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships at Yahara Hills Golf Course in Madison, Wisconsin in sub-freezing temperatures in December. He won with a time of 10:36.8.
