FEB. 3: Officers responded to International Parts and Service on High Hill Rd. for a Theft report. It was reported to Officers that over the weekend, someone removed 10 tires and rims from several trucks. Approximate value of the Theft is $7,000. The matter has been forwarded to the Detective Unit.

FEB. 3: Officers responded to the Holiday Inn on Pureland Dr. for a medical call. While on scene, and after treatment was rendered, Officers observed a white powdery substance in plain view. The 37-year-old male from Clearwater, FL was arrested and processed for Possession of CDS. He was then lodged in the Salem County Jail.

FEB. 3: Officers responded to the Acme on Center Square Rd. for a Criminal Mischief report. Officers were advised by the victim that their vehicle was “keyed” in the shape of a heart. Estimated value of the damage is $500.

FEB. 7: Officers responded to the construction site on Rt. 130 and the Raccoon Creek Bridge for a Theft report. It was reported to Officers that sometime overnight, someone stole batteries from the construction sign, valued at $500.

FEB. 18: Officers responded to the Holiday Inn on Pureland Dr. for a report of a dispute. Officers arrived and resolved the dispute; however, they arrested the 42 year old female from Philadelphia for being a Fugitive from Justice (NCIC warrant for Robbery from Philadelphia). Further investigation led to this female also being charged with Possession of Hypodermic needles. She was processed and lodged in the Salem County Jail.

FEB. 19: Officers responded to Ready Pac on Arlington Blvd. for a Criminal Mischief report. It was reported to Officers that while the owner was at work, someone damaged their windshield. Estimated value of the damage is $500.

FEB. 19: Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 295. While conducting the stop, Officers detected an odor of Marijuana coming from the vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle discovered Marijuana, a .45 caliber handgun and “hollow point” bullets. The driver, a 21-year-old male from Sharon Hill, PA was placed under arrest. He was charged with the firearm, bullets, and Possession of Marijuana. He was processed and lodged in the Salem County Jail.

FEB. 21: Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 130. While conducting the stop, officers detecting an odor of Marijuana coming from the vehicle, as well as possible Marijuana remnants located on the driver’s lap. After investigating, Officers arrested the 41-year-old West Deptford male. He was charged with Possession of Marijuana was processed and released with a pending court date.

FEB. 23: Officers responded to the Township Line Rd. Park for a Criminal Mischief report. It was reported that someone entered the township owned building, removed an ATV style vehicle and damaged several areas of the playing fields. Estimated value of the damage is $500.

FEB. 27: Officers responded to a Bridgeport residence for a possible Burglary. While Officers were checking the residence, the suspect, 41-year-old Jacob Brown from Pilesgrove was exiting the residence from a side door with backpacks containing copper pipes suspected to be from the residence. Further investigation led to charging the suspect with Criminal Mischief, Trespassing, Theft, and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle. He was processed and released on a summons pending a future court date. Value of the Theft is estimated at $200.
