Fall Open House & Ghastly Tales Tour Oct. 10 & 11

MULLICA HILL – Fall is here once again. Celebrate this wonderful family-fun season on Main Street in Mullica Hill at the 50th Annual Fall Open House.

The Fall Open House will be held on Saturday, Oct. 10 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  The Ghastly Tales Tour will be held on Saturday only from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Stroll downtown for vendors, food, live music and fall splendor. Pumpkins and scarecrows will be everywhere.

When woodsmoke and cannons fill the air, you know it’s fall. You will be able to see Civil War camp life, displays, and history happening before your eyes. You’ll hear first-hand stories from ancestors of actual soldiers.

Stop by Harrison Township Rec and grab a scarecrow to go pack for their yearly fundraiser on Saturday Oct. 11 only. Next door, Cherry On Top features premium homemade ice cream, coffee and snacks.

Many shops will have open house specials and events just for the weekend. Flossy’s Boutique will host a styling event or stop by Kids Spot with Mona and play games, where sand art will be for sale.

Vendors will be on the street and 322 BBQ smoker is going to be out. Welcome our new shops like woodworking artisan Shannon Lynch, and see a master at work. “Make and take” crafts at D-Sign for you and more.

Farm House Design celebrates 20 years in town. Harvest party, music, treats and free pumpkin painting for kids. Farm House Table next door is brand new and features cheeses, jams and table goods. Mademoiselle Macaron features fall flavored macarons like butterbeer and pumpkin.

Then, as night falls, in the Halloween spirit, enjoy Ghastly Tales of the Civil War where you will hear horrible tales and stories from Main and some wives tales too.
