WOOLWICH TWP. — The Swede Talkers, a Woolwich Township-based Toastmasters International public speaking and leadership club, plan an Open House from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, April 4, at the Woolwich Township Municipal Building, 120 Village Green Drive.
Community members who are 18 and older are invited to attend free of charge. The evening’s theme will be “baseball and spring,” and ballpark-type refreshments such as pretzels and Cracker Jacks, will be served.
The evening will begin with a networking opportunity and be followed by two speeches, a brief, impromptu speaking opportunity called Table Topics, more networking and speech evaluations.
