Edwina Webb

Edwina Webb, who grew up in Mullica Hill, was honored by her employer for an amazing accomplishment – her flawless driving record. Webb is a driver for J.B. Hunt Transport. She is the company’s first female trucker to drive three million miles without an accident.

Webb, who graduated from Clearview Regional High School, was honored with a ceremony on April 26 at the company’s headquarters in Lowell, Arkansas. Webb, who now lives in Arkansas, was previously named a 2020 “Queen of the Road” by Real Women in Trucking for her 30 years of driving.

Diego Chila, of Mickleton was among 31 veterans honored on April 13 by the Gloucester County Board of Commissioners, with federal medals that they had earned during their time in service but had not received. Chila was a member of the Army.
