Feb.3: Officers responded to Wawa on Center Square Rd. for a Shoplifting report. It was reported that the suspect placed items in a bag and left without paying. Officers located the suspect walking along Center Square Rd. and placed him under arrest for Shoplifting. The 32-year-old Philadelphia man was processed and released on a summons with a future court date. Value of the items stolen is approx. $20. 

Feb. 7: Officers responded to Mitsubishi Motors on Heron Dr. for a Theft report. It was reported that seven catalytic converters were stolen from work and personal vehicles. Value of the Theft is approx. $12,600.

Feb. 10: Officers attempted to stop a vehicle on Rt. 322, but the vehicle failed to stop, initiating a pursuit. Officers followed the vehicle into Swedesboro and located the driver at his residence where he was placed under arrest. The 30-year-old Swedesboro man was charged and processed for Eluding. He was released with a future court date. 

Feb. 10: Officers responded to the Mariott on Pureland Dr. for a Theft report. It was reported that sometime overnight, someone stole the catalytic converter from the victim’s vehicle. The converter is valued at approx. $600. 

Feb. 16: Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle on Mallard Ct. While investigating, officers located crack cocaine and other paraphernalia on one of the occupants. Officers arrested the 35-year-old Boothwyn, PA man and charged him with Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on a summons with a future court date. The other occupant also had a warrant for his arrest. Officers arrested the 47-year-old Linwood, PA man, and he was also released with a future court date.  

Feb. 16: Officers responded to a Logan Woods residence for a Criminal Mischief report. It was reported that sometime overnight, someone damaged the garage door to the residence. Estimated value of the damage is $1,200.

Feb. 17: Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop on High Hill Rd. While investigating the stop,

officers determined the driver to be driving under the influence. As a result, officers arrested the 40-year-old Carney’s Point man for Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released to a third party with a future court date.  

Feb. 23: Officers responded to Performance Foods on Heron Dr. for a Theft report. It was reported that an employee stole over $14,000 in cash. After the Detective Unit completed their investigation, they charged the 63-year-old Paulsboro woman with Theft. Service on this charge is still pending.  

Feb. 24: Officers responded to a Country Crossings residence for a Theft report. It was reported that a package valued at $30 was stolen from the front steps.

Feb. 26: Officers responded to the Acme on Center Square Rd. for a Shoplifting report. It was reported that the suspect stole several over-the-counter medicines and snack foods. The suspect is also known to officers and Acme personnel and has been advised he is not permitted in Acme. As a result, the 39-year-old Woolwich Twp. man was arrested charged with Shoplifting and Trespassing. He also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The suspect was released on a summons for his charges as well as released with a future court date for his warrant. The value of the items stolen is approx. $27.
