LOGAN TWP. – On Nov. 13, the Logan Township Zoning Board approved an application by Floodgate Road LLC for the construction of three warehouses. The warehouses will be located on Floodgate Road and Route 44, outside of Bridgeport.
Currently the property is farmland and wooded areas.
Warehouse Building 1 was approved for an 86,700 square foot building, 25 loading berths, and 38 parking stalls. Warehouse Building 2 was approved for a 200,000 square foot building, 26 loading berths, and 78 parking stalls. Warehouse Building 3 was approved for an 84,750 square foot building, 8 loading berths, and 39 parking stalls.
Warehouses 1 and 2 have frontage on Floodgate Road and Route 44. Warehouse 3 has frontage listed as only on Route 44.
