It’s back! The New Town Press is holding another photo contest with Flora and Fauna Theme.
Show us your favorite picture of flowers, plants, and animals.
Send in your best pictures of your pet or wildlife in the area. You can also send pictures of cultivated flowers and trees and wildflowers, crops and trees.
Entries must be emailed in a jpg format, as well as embedded in the message, to editor@newtownpress.com. There is a five photograph submission limit.
When submitting your entry, please include with your submission your name, address, and contact information and a brief explanation of the photograph.
You must be the photographer. State that the photograph has not been retouched or altered, other than cropping. If you are submitting a photograph with a person in it, you are assuming the responsibility of having the subject’s permission for publishing their likeness.
Deadline for entries is March 15, 2024. The top photographs will be placed online at www.newtownpress.com for viewing and voting for your favorite. Voting will be done from April 5 to April 19.
The winner will receive a prize and the photograph will be featured on the front page of the May 2024 issue.
