Celebrate Día de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) – Tuesday, Nov. 2 – 4 p.m.Find out more about this holiday and join us in making a fun craft to celebrate. There is limited space. Mask wearing is recommended. Best suited for ages 9-12. Go to www.gcls.org to register.
Storytime:
Tuesdays, Nov. 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30 – One class at 10:30 a.m. and one class at 11:15 a.m. Wednesdays, Nov. 3, 10, & 17 – One at 10:30 a.m. and one class at 11:15 a.m.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the same program so please only choose one of the days to come. Space is limited. Be sure to register each adult and child. Mask wearing is recommended. A take-home craft will be provided.
In-Person Reading with FURever as Friends – Sign up to read to one of our adorable therapy animals. Each child will be given a ten to fifteen-minute time slot. Find the dates on our virtual calendar and call the library you want to visit to schedule an appointment.

Literacy Buddies – Are you interested in having homework or reading help for your child? Is your teen interested in helping a child? We provide weekly one-on-one help. Call 856-467-0111 if interested. This program is currently a virtual one.
CHILDREN’S TAKE HOME ACTIVITIES
Take Home: Read and Do Bags! Patrons can check out one bag per child at the Swedesboro Library. Each bag will contain 2 to 3 library books, a coloring page, and a simple craft you can do with your child at home. Different themes will be available while supplies last. Please be sure to bring your bag to the circulation desk for checkout.
