Residents of Swedesboro and Woolwich are invited to the 2023 Daddy Daughter Dances. The dances will be held on Saturday, March 4at the Bridgeport Fire Hall.
The K thru 2 grade dance is from 1 to 3 p.m. The 3 and 4 grade dance is from 4 to 6 p.m. The 5 and 6 grade dance is from 7 to 9 p.m. All parental/guardian figures are welcomed.
There is limited space. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Tickets will be sold on www.ticketleap.com.

For our younger children grades K through 4, we are hosting a “Read Across Swedesboro Woolwich Party” on Wednesday, March 8 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Woolwich Township Municipal Building. We will have guest readers from the community read books to the various grade levels.
Our guest readers are Mrs. Lynne Bussott, Mrs. Sellen, and Mrs. Sharon Dupper. Stop in anytime during the two hours.
The Swedesboro-Woolwich Annual Egg Scramble is scheduled for Saturday, March 25 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. This free event will be held at Locke Ave Park, Field B, behind the playground. There will be various fun activities for the children. Please note that this event is for children aged 8 and younger.
Each child will be able to pick up 10 eggs; we have to limit this number to accommodate all the children. The Easter Bunny will be there posing for pictures offered by Perfect Day Photography (additional cost—but less than the mall).

We are bringing back Summer Camp Connection Night. The event will be held on Tuesday, March 28 at the Woolwich Township Municipal Building from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Come check out a variety of summer camps offered in our area.

Another special event is coming. There will be a Mother & Son Bingo Party on Friday, March 31, at General Harker School from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Pizza and ice cream will be provided.

Join us for a Salute to Little League Softball with a movie night on Friday, April 14 at the Walter Hill School Gym at 7 p.m. We will be showing “A League of Their Own”. Please note the movie is rated PG and is recommended for ages 10 and older.
Water and popcorn will be provided. Bring a blanket if you want to sit on the floor. This is a free event sponsored by Swedesboro-Woolwich Little League.
Save the date for Family Fun Day. The event will be held Saturday, May 20 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. This event is for families with young children. Their will rides and bounce houses, food vendors and non-food vendors.
Grandpop Bubbles is scheduled to make massive bubbles from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at his first show ever in our state. Children will also be invited to make bubbles. Please check out Grandpop Bubbles on Facebook.
Mister Malcolm is scheduled to perform also. Mr. Malcolm is an interactive storyteller who brings famous fairytales to life by involving his audience in the presentation and produces shows for children at the Broadway Theater of Pitman.
