Swedesboro and Woolwich Resident Run For State Assembly

SWEDESBORO – Democrat Tanzie Youngblood and Robert Fitzpatrick have filed to run for the Democratic nomination for New Jersey State Assembly.

Youngblood, a 23 year resident of Swedesboro, is a retired teacher. Fitzpatrick, of Woolwich Township, is a local educator and coach. Youngblood and Fitzpatrick, along with State Senate candidate Mario DeSantis have teamed up to form “The Good Democrats” ticket for the June 6 primary election.

The candidates are public servants advocating for children and working and middle class families. They believe that our current leaders have been unresponsive to the needs of the people in our community, and that the time for change is now. The time has come to put a premium on the people who live in our district.
