LOGAN TWP. — Learn how food sensitivities can cause chronic issues like IBS, psoriasis, anxiety, weight gain, and autoimmune disease on Tuesday, Oct. 9 at the Super Fitness, 553 Beckett Road in Logan Township.

Guests will learn about the evolution of Leaky Gut, how to determine which foods are exacerbating the issue, and how to make simple lifestyle changes to heal naturally. Topics covered will be how food sensitivities affect the nervous system, the metabolic system and many other basic bodily functions.

This free workshop starts at 7 p.m. Super Fitness members as well as non-members are welcome and should register at the front desk. Advance reservations are required as seating is limited.
