MICKLETON — Jeffrey Clark School, East Greenwich Township School District, is now conducting Beginner (Kindergarten) Roundup for the 2016-17 school year.
If you have a child who will be 5 years of age on or before October 1, 2016, please call 856-423-0412, ext. 1305 for information.
Beginner registration will be an on line process this year. Required paperwork will be collected on March 17 and April 15 at the Jeffrey Clark School, 7 Quaker Road, Mickleton. There will also be a limited number of paperwork collection appointments on April 19 from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. If you would like to make an appointment for April 19, please call Ann Marie Elliott at 856-423-0412, ext. 1305.
Registration will not be considered complete until all online forms are submitted and the required documents are presented to the district.
The following documents must be submitted to the district on our paperwork collection dates: child’s official birth certificate with raised seal, current immunization record and two proofs of residency (deed, settlement sheet, property tax bill, water/sewer bill, lease/rental agreement and a current utility bill). All required documents must be submitted in order to complete registration.
