logan policeJuly 21: An Edward Drive resident reported a bicycle was stolen from his property sometime over the past few days. The bike, a Trek MT200, was described as being black with silver lettering and is valued at $200.

July 22: A Lindenwold man reported that his 2005 Lexus was “keyed” while it was parked at his place of employment on Commodore Drive.

July 23: A black & yellow Cairns N5Afire helmet was reportedly stolen from the Bridgeport Fire Station overnight.

July 23: A 14 year old Logan juvenile was charged with shoplifting and hindering apprehension following an investigation at the ACME. He was processed and released pending Juvenile Court proceedings.

July 24: Officers investigated a criminal mischief complaint at 525 Beckett Road (Sam’s Grill) in which someone threw a large rock through a glass side door causing the door to shatter.

July 24: Officers charged three Florida men with soliciting without a permit following complaints received in the Cambridge Knoll and Fox Hound developments. The men, soliciting magazine sales for Double O Family Subscriptions, were issued local ordinance complaints and advised to vacate the area pending proper permits.

July 26: Police charged a 14 year old juvenile with simple assault, possession of weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon following a fight call at the Township Line Park. The juvenile was processed and released pending Juvenile Court.

July 28: Officers arrested a 38 year old Camden man, William Bard, following a burglary and theft investigation at a business on Sharptown Road. The man was processed and remanded to the Salem County Jail in default of $15,000 full cash bail.

July 29: Officers charged two men and one woman with theft after they stole three bicycles that were left unattended at the ACME. 18 year old Storm Alford of Swedesboro and 23 year old Justin Ford of Woolwich were processed and released on summons. Darren Gonzales, 18 years old of Woolwich, was also charged with theft as well as resisting arrest in Woolwich Twp. which stemmed from this incident. He was processed and released after posting $5500.

July 30: Officers charged a 22 year old Woolwich Twp. man with theft, bad checks, forgery and possession of a hypodermic needle following an investigation at the Fulton Bank. He was processed and released pending court.

July 30: Police, responding to an unwanted person complaint on Asbury Station Road, arrested a 44 year old Paulsboro man who was an NCIC Hit out of the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Dept. He was processed and remanded to the Salem County Jail.

July 31: A Harvest Road man reported that someone scrawled inflammatory words on both his car and his home sometime overnight. A suspect has been identified and complaints are pending.

Aug. 10: Police charged a 40 year old Logan woman with simple assault following a disturbance in the Eagle Farms development. She was processed and released pending court.

Aug. 10: Police charged a 50 year old West Deptford woman with multiple motor vehicle violations as well as marijuana possession following a crash on Rt. 44. She was processed and released pending court.

Aug. 12: A 17 year old Woolwich juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a suspicious motor vehicle investigation on High Hill Road. She was processed and released pending Juvenile Court proceedings.

Aug. 12: Officers investigated a fraud complaint at the ACME in which a Hispanic male passed a counterfeit traveler’s check following a small monetary transaction. He received $94 in change and fled the store prior to officer’s arrival.

Aug. 13: A High Hill Farms resident reported that someone stole her NJ Temporary Registration from her 2014 Jeep which had been parked in her driveway overnight.

Aug. 13: Officers charged a 53 year old East Greenwich man with defiant trespass and motor vehicle violations while investigating a suspicious vehicle exiting private property on Center Square Road. He was charged and released.

Aug. 14: Police charged a 24 year old Penns Grove man two counts each of forgery, passing a forged document and bad checks following an investigation at the ACME and Applebee’s on Center Square Road. The man, Victor Salgado, had attempted to pass a fraudulent American Express Travelers Checks in exchange for goods at both locations. He was processed and released pending court.

Aug. 14: A Bear, DE trucking company owner reported that a former driver utilized a fleet services card at the WaWa for fuel valued at $255 after his employment had been terminated with the company. Police are investigating and complaints may be pending.

Aug. 16: Police arrested two Camden County men on multiple warrants following a Rt. 130 motor vehicle stop. One of the men, 32 year old Jamil Scott, of West Berlin was additionally charged with providing false information to officers in an attempt to conceal the fact that he was a fugitive-NCIC Hit- out of Camden County. He was processed and remanded to the Camden County Jail.

Aug. 17: A High Hill Farms resident reported that her house has been targeted by vandals who have thrown eggs at her house and disturbed various effects about her property over the past several weekends.

Aug. 18: Police investigated a complaint at the WaWa after an unknown black male passed a counterfeit $100 bill during a small purchase. The man received $92.22 in change and left the area. Detectives are reviewing surveillance footage in an attempt to identify the suspect.
