DEPTFORD TWP. — The Gloucester County College Division of Continuing Education is providing free basic education classes for adult learners thanks to funding granted by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
The High School Equivalency program, formerly known as the GED, enables Gloucester County residents to take the coursework they need to earn their high school diploma. Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each week at St. Matthew’s Church in Williamstown. Students may sign up at any point during the year.
All classes are free, however, there is a $10 registration fee. Applicants can register now. For more information or to sign up, call 856-468-5000, ext. 6227.
