Brandon Hayes of Logan Township, a freshman at Paulsboro High school, has been nominated to attend the Congress of Future Medical Leaders in Washington, DC in November. The Congress is an honors-only program for high school students who want to become physicians or go into medical research fields. The purpose of this event is to honor, inspire, motivate and direct the top students in the country who aspire to be physicians or medical scientists, to stay true to their dream and, after the event, to provide a path, plan and resources to help them reach their goal.

Richmond Bennett, son ofCarlton Bennett and Teresa Carlton of Swedesboro, has graduated from Temple University on May 15, 2014. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors in Major with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He has been accepted into the graduate program at Fordham University.

Chad Thomas Lago, representing Woolwich Township, was part of the graduating class in May of the Gloucester County Police Academy.
