Botto’s Recipe May Issue

Time to light the grill!!!
Botto’s Sweet or Hot Sausage Patties
Purchase one pack of your favorite flavor of Botto’s Sausage Patties
1lb sautéed Broccoli rabe available in Botto’s deli
1 lb of roasted peppers available in Botto’s deli
1/2 lb provolone
4 kaiser rolls
2 ounces of olive oil
First lightly brush sausage patties with olive oil and place on hot grill. After 3 minutes quarter turn patties to make sure of even cooking. After the next 3 minutes flip patties and quarter turn after 3 minutes. After 3 minutes melt provolone on top and place on kaiser roll. Add some broccoli rabe and roasted peppers and ready to serve
