SWEDESBORO — There will be two opportunities to take in a free movie in the park this month when Annie and Muppets Most Wanted hit the big outdoor screen.
Both films are rated PG. Please note that these two events are in different locations.
The Wednesday, Sept. 16 show (Annie) will take place at Locke Avenue Park in Woolwich, while the Friday, Sept. 18 show (Muppets Most Wanted) will be at Swedesboro’s Lake Park which is situated along Lake Narraticon and located at the end of Park Avenue in town. Rain date for the Friday show is Saturday, Sept. 19.
All are welcome to attend, so bring your whole family and chairs or blankets to enjoy the show. Both events made possible through Gloucester County Parks and Recreation feature a night out at the movies on a large inflatable screen as well as free popcorn.
