Cyclones Make It To NJYS State Finals

cyclones webU-14 boys Cyclones lost in the championship game of the NJYS State Cup. The team advanced to the semi-finals by defeating the Den of Lions Inter, 3-0. They then faced and defeated Vineland in the semi-finals. The Cyclones had defeated the Beachwood Warriors, 3-1 after ending in a tie in full regulation time. The Cyclones scored two goals in extra time to advance to the State quarter finals. They are one of eight teams that have advanced from approximately 100 teams throughout New Jersey. The team also competed in the Mt. Laurel Columbus Tournament and won their respective age bracket, going 5-0, 3-0 and 3-2 in tourney play. The final and most important note is the last win in the tournament marked the 100th win for the SWSA CYCLONES.
