LOGAN TWP. – A Winter Holiday Festival will be held on Thursday, Dec. 1 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Logan Library at 498 Beckett Road. The evening will begin with caroling on the patio and then go inside for snacks, crafts and a visit with Santa Claus.
