The Shannachie of Glendunbun Ballybeg: Traditional Celtic Tales   Thursday, March 9, 7 p.m. This program is funded by the Horizons Speakers Bureau of the New Jersey Council for the Humanities, a state partner of the National Endowment for the Humanities. Presented by        David Emerson of History on the Hoof.

Irish Harpist    – Thursday, March 16, 7 p.m. Richmond Carlton will perform traditional Irish music.

NJ Makers Day – Saturday, March 25, 10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Stop in to see our Maker Studio, 3D printer demonstrations, adult & kids’ crafts, light refreshments & more.

Everything Orchids – Thursday, March 30, 7 p.m. Author presentation by Barb Schmidt,  Orchid Care: For the Beginner. Presentation sponsored by the Friends of GCLS. Books available for purchase and signing. Great gift idea.

Read Across America Celebration – Thursday, March 2, 6:30 p.m. Magician, Chad Juros, will present a family friendly magic and comedy show. Snacks will be served.

NJ Makers Day – Saturday, March 25. Any time between 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Our Maker Studio will be open; See demonstrations with our 3D Printer, Makey Makey, and snap circuits.  Make a free button and paint a bird house. Light refreshments served.

Make & Take Spring Family Craft – Saturday, March 18. Any time between 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. All ages.
