Freeholder Deputy Director Joe Chila presented a proclamation on Aug. 23 to the Swedesboro-Woolwich U-10 Girls Softball All Star Team for placing second in the State Championship. The team distinguished themselves by winning the District 15 Title, the New Jersey Section 4 Title, which qualified them to compete in the New Jersey State U-10 Softball Tournament where they placed second in the State Championship.
