SWEDESBORO – It’s time to start getting volunteer help together for King’s Things Christmas food and present drive.
Despite COVID restrictions, volunteers came together and put together a successful Thanksgiving food drive. And with the help from Acme Market, Logan Township, Thanksgiving dinners were enjoyed by many.
But Christmas meals and presents are next on the list so the following is the upcoming schedule for the yuletide planning. Just remember that masks, gloves, and social distancing are the rule.
Our schedule for the program is as follows:
Dec. 14: Sorting, and inventory – 6 p.m., St Joe’s Hall
Dec. 15: Purchasing missing items and fruit
Dec. 16: Packing – 6 p.m., St. Joe’s Hall
Dec. 17: Gift sorting – 6 p.m., St. Joe’s Hall
Dec. 18: Turkey pickup
Dec. 19: Distribution/ Pickup
