WOOLWICH TWP. — Swedesboro Woolwich Parks and Recreation is hosting Spring Fling on May 22 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Locke Ave Park.
Craft and business vendors will line the walkways, and there will be a variety of yummy food from food trucks and a Beer Garden hosted by Center Square Tavern. There will also be two bands providing musical entertainment all evening.
The first band is “The Company Live” starting at 5:30 p.m. and the second band is “Back Creek” starting at 7:30 p.m. This event is a great idea for date night.
Plan to come for strolling through the vendors, eating dinner and drinking in the Beer Garden. Beer Garden will be accepting cash or Venmo only. Please remember to bring a photo ID for access to Beer Garden which is for adults only. No outside alcohol will be permitted in the park.
A magnificent fireworks display will cap off the evening at 9 p.m. Please bring your own blanket or lawn chairs to this socially-distanced community event. Masks must be worn.
