PINK BY THE SEA GALA, NOV. 5

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Come out for a night of fun down the shore for a great cause with The Colleen Sorbello Breast Cancer Foundation, also known as Pink Clover, as they will be presenting their Pink by the Sea Gala on Nov. 5 at the Flanders Hotel in Ocean City, NJ, presented by First Choice Freezer and Cold Storage, and M & O Freezer and Cold Storage.

Special guest speaker will be former CEO of the Cancer Support Community Kim Thiboldeaux. The gala will include a cocktail reception, sit down dinner, a live jazz band with Winston Byrd, dancing, and a charity auction. The event starts at 6 p.m. and goes until 10 p.m.

The funds raised from the Pink by the Sea Gala will help Pink Clover assist in their Comfort Recipient Assistance Program for women currently battling breast cancer while going through other personal hardships. In addition, funds raised will go towards breast cancer research at the Penn Medicine Abramson Center and the Colleen Sorbello Breast Cancer Laboratory at the University of New Haven.

Also, money raised from this event will provide assistance to Pink Clover’s Education Seminar which is a community outreach program that provides free seminars to educate the public about breast cancer and other matters that pertain to the disease.

Pink Clover is a South Jersey non-profit 501(c)3 charity whose mission is to provide research, education and comfort for women who are struggling while battling breast cancer. Since 2017, Pink Clover has helped 23 women, known as their Comfort Recipients, and raised over $400,000.
