St. Peter’s Episcopal Church Opens New Food Pantry

CLARKSBORO — It is with great excitement and joy that St. Peter’s Episcopal Church at 304 Kings Highway in Clarksboro announces the opening of St. Peter’s Community Pantry, a source of food for those experiencing food insecurity.

St. Peter’s Community Pantry will be open on the fourth Saturday of every month from 9 to 1 pm. The Community Pantry will be located on the grounds of St. Peter’s Church. It will not however, have any affiliation with the church itself.

The Panty will serve everyone regardless of race, creed, color, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, age, gender, or sexual identity. St. Peter’s Community Pantry is made possible, in part, by a grant from the Episcopal Community Services outreach of the Diocese of NJ.

Those wanting to donate to the Pantry, or volunteer their services, may do so by contacting the Pantry at 856-599-0491 or at wwwfoodpantry@stpetersclarksboro.org.

Proceeds received from all of St. Peter’s fundraising activities will be used to support St. Peter’s Community Pantry.

St. Peter’s Church will continue to host their monthly food drives on the second Saturday of each month from 10 to 12 noon.
