FALL FEST COMING TO DREAM PARK, OCT. 14 & 15

LOGAN TWP.  — There’s a new festival coming to the area, and it promises to have something for everyone.

The Christiana Foundation Inc., a Swedesboro based nonprofit organization, will produce Fall Fest, a two-day festival this Oct. 14 and 15 at Dream Park in Logan Twp.

Fall Fest will have arts and crafts exhibitors, live music, and family fun. In addition, there will be food, beverages, wine and beer available.

“This festival has great potential to grow into a very nice fundraiser for what we feel is a great cause”, says Sean Gardner, Fall Fest Producer. The proceeds from Fall Fest will benefit Night to Shine, an annual prom night event for individuals with special needs. Night to Shine is a worldwide event sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation but produced locally by Swedesboro’s Crossbridge Community Church.

“It’s a very expensive night but worth every penny” says Sean. The 2023 Night to Shine was held this past February at the Adventure Aquarium where over 300 guests, caretakers and parents enjoyed a great night of food, dancing and strolling the aquarium at no cost to them.

“We have high hopes that Fall Fest can grow into an event that can help Night to Shine more and more each year,” said Sean. Fall Fest is looking for more sponsors, arts and crafter exhibitors, specialty food venders and volunteers. If you want to help, please get in touch at fallfestdreampark.com.

“Whether it’s as a sponsor or a volunteer, we really appreciate any help to make this event great”. To date there are 48 arts and crafters who have already registered, but there’s plenty of room in the Dream Park’s 45,000 square foot indoor arena used primarily for horse shows.

The family fun portion runs from 1 to 4 p.m. each day with magic, face painting and balloon art. The live music portion will consist of a several artists performing original songs, as well as Sinatra-like sounds.

Saturday and Sunday will be capped off with cover bands, Shayds of Gray, a classic rock band caps off Saturday and 40 North, a country cover band will be the grand finale on Sunday.

Mark your calendar for Oct. 14 and 15, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Arts & crafts, food, live music, beer and wine. Something for everyone.
