SWEDESBORO — The Trinity “Old Swedes” Church Historic Preservation Foundation is holding its 29th Annual Golf Tournament at Town & Country Golf Links in Woodstown, NJ on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.
Registration begins at 10 a.m. with a Shotgun Start at 11:30 a.m. The outing finishes with cocktails and a banquet at 5 p.m. The entry fee of $150 includes: green fees, golf cart, snacks, prizes, and dinner.
All are welcome at this fundraiser. Even if you are not a golfer, you can still support the event by purchasing a dinner for $50 and participating in the auction. Please use this link to register online: .
Trinity “Old Swedes” Church Historic Preservation Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) which supports the maintenance of the current church building which dates to 1784 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Trinity Church was founded in 1703 in what had been the New Sweden colony. Worship services were conducted in Swedish until the congregation chose to affiliate with the Episcopal Church of America in 1789.
