WOOLWICH TWP. — Woolwich Township’s Joint Land Use Board approved the Kings Landing Redevelopment Plan during a hearing held on Aug. 17. The residential development located on Kingsway and Asbury Station Road calls for a build-out of 1,065 residential units.
Of the planned 1,065 units, 368 are age-restricted and 90 are affordable housing units. The plan also includes recreational areas, walking trails, and over 73 acres of open space.
The application did not require any variance relief, but two potential waivers would be needed for signage and lighting.
