Start your holiday gift shopping early. The Swedesboro Woolwich Parks and Recreation Committee is sponsoring a Holiday Fruit Sale starting Oct. 1.
The purpose of this fundraiser sale is to generate additional funds to support 2024 Parks and Rec programs for the Swedesboro and Woolwich communities. Residents will be able to order fruit for themselves or order fruit to be shipped as a gift.
Orders will be picked up on Dec. 13 at Woolwich Township Municipal Building from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. To order, please go to www.freshfruitorder.org/SupportSWPR.
Calling all little ghouls and goblins. Come to our Not So Scary Halloween Parade on Saturday, Oct. 28 from 12 to 1 p.m. at the Woolwich Township Municipal Building. This is a free event, and we will parade indoors if there is rain.
