EAST GREENWICH — If you are over 55 and live in East Greenwich Township, please join us for our monthly meetings. We meet the first Thursday of every month at 10 a.m. in the East Greenwich Municipal building on Democrat Road.
We welcome new members to help us rebuild our senior group into an active group with planned activities and outings. Please come to our meetings to help us promote more activities in our community. For additional info, email us at seniors@eastgreenwichnj.com

We have been given the opportunity to share a small bus with Gibbstown for use with our seniors. We need your input to help us decide how to use it: shopping trips, going to the mall, going to a movie, or getting to county events.

Senior Game Days
Our Senior Game Day continues. It is on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month. It will be on July 11, 25 and Aug. 8 and 22 from 1:30 to 4 p.m. in the courtroom at the municipal building.
Bring a game to play with others or just come and join in a group to learn a new game. We also have a piano teacher who wanted to know if anyone played the keyboard and were interested in a keyboard lesson during this time.

East Greenwich Seniors
We had a good turnout for our first Senior Coffee Meet in June at the Death of the Fox Brewing Company. We have a second Meet Up planned for July 16 from 9:30 to 11a.m.
Drop in for a cup of their wide array of gourmet coffee, espresso, tea, and Italian soda. They also have hot chocolate.
This is just a casual get-together to meet old and new friends from our community. You are welcome to bring food with you if you want to enjoy a treat with your beverage.
The Death of the Fox is located in the Villages of Whiskey Mill at 119 Berkley Road, Unit B, in Clarksboro. Come out and join us.
Save the Date
We have our Fall Luncheon set up for Sept. 18 at Botto’s from 12 to 2 p.m. Registration forms will be sent out in the township email blast starting the beginning of August.
