Arrest Made for Contractor Fraud – Are you a victim?

WASHINGTON TWP. — On July 23, Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes and Insurance Fraud Units, Washington Township Police Department, and Mantua Township Police Department arrested 32-year-old Christopher Fuscellaro of Mantua Township without incident outside his residence on Timbercrest Drive as the result of an eight month-long investigation.

The investigation was in relation to the defrauding of an elderly Washington Township of approximately $341,000. Between Sept. 7, 2022, and Nov. 16, 2023, Fuscellaro allegedly portrayed himself as a licensed contractor and utilized various means of fraud and deception to defraud the elderly victim. Fuscellaro operated under the names “Fuscellaro Construction” and “Four All Seasons Construction LLC.” 

Fuscellaro has been charged with the following offenses: Theft, Theft by Deception, Theft by Required Disposition, Unlicensed Contractor, and Counts of Insurance Fraud.

Fuscellaro was processed and lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility pending further proceedings.
