Woolwich Township Resident Haley Blair will be heading to the National All-American Miss Competition as she has been named Miss Gloucester County Jr. Teen at the National American Miss NJ State Competition in August.
Haley, a Kingsway Regional High School Junior, was a New Jersey State Finalist and placed in six categories at the New Jersey State Level. She was also chosen as a top finalist for the Queen’s Court for Miss New Jersey, and was chosen to receive first place for the NJ Miss Spirit Award.
Haley will next represent New Jersey at the National Level in November as a Miss Gloucester County, New Jersey Delegate in Florida.
Haley will proudly represent New Jersey. Given a national platform, she hopes to raise awareness of the Golden Character Seal Program, which she helped create to encourage the youth in our country to develop good character in everyone.
The National American Miss (NAM) Program is centered around community service and empowering young women to be effective communicators by sharpening interview skills, networking, promoting leadership, scholarship, philanthropy, and providing contestants with opportunities to push themselves to make a positive impact in their communities.
