EAST GREENWICH – On Sept. 10, the East Greenwich Township Committee adopted a resolution for the construction of three warehouses on Democrat Road by Duke Realty.
This property is located in the I-295 Corridor Redevelopment Area. The warehouse buildings collectively total 826,160 square feet of floor area on 191.7 acres.
