BARNYARD BASH
Join us on Sunday, Oct. 13 from 1 to 4 p.m. for the Coombs Barnyard Bash. The event includes a wagon ride, visit with our barnyard animals, pumpkin picking (child’s pumpkin is included in their price. Adult pumpkins would be additional), barrel train rides for kids, corn maze and play time in our building.
The discounted rate is $15 per child (includes pumpkin) and $10 per adult. Please mention SW Parks and Recreation to receive the discount. Coombs Barnyard is located at 20 Route 77 in Elmer, NJ.
CORN MAZE
Plan an evening trip to the Coombs Barnyard to explore the Flashlight Corn Maze on Friday, Oct. 18from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. This event is ideal for teenagers.

HALLOWEEN PARADE
Calling all little ghouls and goblins. Come to our Not So Scary Halloween Parade on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Woolwich Township Municipal Building. There will be candy, activities and games. No registration required.
HOLIDAY CARD WRITING
The Parks and Rec Committee is hosting an open house holiday card writing party on Monday, Nov. 11 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in honor of Veterans Day. We will be writing out cards to send to active-duty military personnel.
We are asking the community to stop by the foyer of the Municipal Building and join us writing out the cards. The cards will be provided. This is a nice event for the whole family. Stay as long as you like.
