WOOLWICH TWP. – At the Sept. 16 Woolwich Township Committee meeting, an ordinance establishing a municipal truck route and weight restrictions was adopted.
The ordinance designated Russell Mill Road from Woodstown Road to Davidson Road, Oldmans Creek Road from Woodstown Road to Russell Mill Road, and the entire length of Pancoast Road as allowed routes for vehicles over four tons.
Vehicles over four tons are prohibited from Frederick Boulevard, Garwin Road, Gentry Dive, Hunters Run, Jockey Hollow Run, Meadowlark Drive, Moravian Church Road, Oliphants Mill Road, Oldmans Creek from Woodstown Road to the border of South Harrison Township, Rainey Road, Russell Mill Road from Franklinville Road to Back Creek Road and from Woodstown Road to Oliphants Mill Road, and Township Line Road.
Pick up and delivery of materials are allowed on prohibited roads.
