LOGAN TWP. — The Route 130/Crown Point Road Drawbridge over Oldmans Creek is scheduled to be closed and detoured beginning Tuesday, Feb. 18 for approximately three months to paint the Route 130/Crown Point Road Drawbridge over Oldmans Creek.
Beginning at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, Route 130 will be closed and detoured in both directions between Porcupine Road in Oldmans Township and Center Square Road in Logan Township. The following detours will be in place:
Route 130/Crown Point Road northbound detour:
Motorists on Route 130/Crown Point Road northbound wishing to continue over the drawbridge will be directed to turn right onto Porcupine Road, which is before the drawbridge over Oldmans Creek. Continue on Straughns Mill Road, which becomes Straughns Mill-Pedricktown Road. Turn left to take the ramp to I-295 northbound. Take Exit 10 to Center Square Road/Swedesboro.
Stay left at the end of the ramp to turn left onto Center Square Road. Continue on Center Square Road back to Route 130.
Route 130/Crown Point Road southbound detour:
Motorists on Route 130/Crown Point Road southbound wishing to continue over the drawbridge will be directed to turn left onto Center Square Road, which is before the drawbridge over Oldmans Creek. Turn right to take the ramp to I-295 southbound. Take Exit 7 to Pedricktown/Auburn. Stay right at the end of the ramp to turn right onto Straughns Mill-Pedricktown Road, which becomes Straughns Mill Road. Continue on Porcupine Road back to Route 130/Crown Point Road
This bridge painting is expected to be completed in spring 2025. The entire project is expected to be completed by summer 2026.
